OnePairMaster Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the public website at onepairmaster.com (the "Site"), the members area, and the Telegram signal service, based in Singapore. Contact: OnePairMaster@gmail.com.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:
- Email address — when you register for members area access
- Access code (hashed) — stored as a bcrypt hash, never in plain text
- Trade interaction data — signals viewed, session timestamps for the members dashboard
- Telegram user data — governed by Telegram's own privacy policy; we do not store it
3. How We Use It
- To authenticate you into the members area
- To deliver signals and service communications
- To improve the signal system and dashboard
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
Member data is stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the cloud. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
5. Cookies
The members area uses a single httpOnly session cookie (JWT) to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Third-Party Services

- Neon — database provider. See Neon's privacy policy.
- Telegram — signal delivery channel. See Telegram's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — font delivery. See Google's privacy policy.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email OnePairMaster@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including bcrypt hashing of credentials and httpOnly cookies for sessions. No system is 100% secure — use the Service accordingly.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
