OnePairMaster provides automated XAUUSD trading signals delivered via Telegram and a members web dashboard. The Service is operated by OnePairMaster Labs, Inc., based in Singapore.

All signals, commentary, and content provided by OnePairMaster are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. 4. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading gold (XAUUSD) and other financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including any backtested or historical results — is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish signals without written permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the Service
7. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Signals may be delayed, missed, or incorrect due to technical issues. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, signals, branding, and software are owned by OnePairMaster Labs, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePairMaster Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on it.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
